<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulk feeder, capable of surely feeding only the parts in a proper direction to an outlet port, without having to use conventional direction changing means, even if parts defined by the length, width and height having the directional property are fed. <P>SOLUTION: The bulk feeder determines whether a chip resistor CR is a proper direction on the way of movement along a longitudinal direction in a feeding path 17, when in a proper direction; a rotation of a rotor 40 is stopped such that a permanent magnet 40d for sucking the chip resistor CR stops on the right side of the outlet port 19; and the chip resistor CR is fed to the outlet port 19, while when in not a proper direction, the rotation of the rotor 40 is continued, such that the permanent magnet 40d sucking the chip resistor CR passes through the right side of the outlet port 19 and the chip resistor CR is transferred from the feeding path 17 to a recovery path 18 and is returned to a storage chamber 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
