<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction hardening apparatus where a quenching part can be rotatively supported as fixing positions in quenching a workpiece. <P>SOLUTION: The induction hardening apparatus 1 comprises heating coils 2 (heating conductive part), a driving part 3, a tail stock part 4, and rotational position setting means 5 (a driving position X-direction control part 6, a driving position Y-direction control part 7, a tail stock position X-direction control part 8 and a tail stock position Y-direction control part 9). A workpiece 30 has quenching parts 31 to 33. In the induction hardening apparatus 1, the centers 31a to 33a of the quenching parts 31 to 33 are set in the center of the rotation of the workpiece, and the heating coils 2 are arranged at any of the quenching parts 31 to 33 oppositely to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
