<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for a sheathed thermocouple and a compensation lead wire, enabling replacement of only the sheathed thermocouple. <P>SOLUTION: This connector has: an upper plate 2 and a lower plate 3 made of a resin and connected openably/closably through a pivot; and a fixing element 7 for sticking each contact surface of the upper plate and the lower plate. On the contact surface of the lower plate, a thermocouple groove for arranging the sheathed thermocouple 4 thereon, a partition part 3c for separating two thermocouple wires of the sheathed thermocouple, and a compensation lead wire groove 3e for arranging a compensation lead wire 6 thereon are connected together, and an electrode plate recessed part 3d for fixing two electrode plates is formed, and an electrode plate is fixed on the electrode plate recessed part, the compensation lead wire 6 is fixed on the compensation lead wire groove, and two core wires are connected to the electrode plate respectively. On the contact surface of the upper plate, a projection part 2e for pressing the compensation lead wire, and a projection 2d for pressing the thermocouple wires onto the electrode plate are provided, and the projection is constituted so as to press and fix the two thermocouple wires 4a separated by the partition onto the electrode plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
