A method for polypeptide extraction from animal substance comprises the dehydration of grounded tissue material in organic solvent at temperature 4 ° C within 12-24 hours, exctraction with 3 % acetic acid at presence of zinc and magnesium chloride at 4 ° C within 72 hours, extract precipitation,its drying with subsequent dissolution, filtering and freeze-drying. As an animal substance skeletal muscles of rat hip of used, as organic solvent acetone in the ratio 1:10. The precipitation is carried out y acetone in the ratio 1:10 at temperature 4 ° C within 12-24 hours with washing up by acetone and ether, polypeptide ultrafiltration through filters with pore diameter of 10 kDa. |
