PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing bed soil substitute using recycled pulp is provided to use a method for matching the soil or the grass meal with the rag pulp and compression-molding and manufacturing the alternative bed soil as the bed soil and insert the seedling box, tray, and the port. CONSTITUTION: Waste paper is regenerated into a pulp. The rag pulp 70~80 weight and soil 20~30 weight are matched together. The rag pulp 60~70 weight and pasture kind powder 30~40 weight are and form combined.
