<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: toner that reduce development gap scattering, reduce fog, reduce development gap scattering and fog even during toner supply, and reduce the dust generation amount; an image forming method; and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The toner includes: toner base particles containing at least a binder resin, a colorant, and a release agent; and alumina fine particles where the Raman intensity ratio (I<SB>al</SB>/I<SB>si</SB>) of the peak intensity (I<SB>si</SB>) at Raman shift of 400-600 cm<SP>-1</SP>of the silicon crystal (110) alignment surface of a silicon wafer obtained from a Raman scattering spectrum to the peak intensity (I<SB>al</SB>) at Raman shift of 1,400-1,600 cm<SP>-1</SP>of alumina fine particles is 0.01-0.5. In the image forming method and image forming apparatus, a developing device includes a developing roller having a spiral groove in the surface carrying the toner, supplies the toner, and performs development under an alternating electric field of alternating current frequency of 1-10 kHz. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
