PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-damping fiber-reinforced resin molded article compatibly having an excellent strength and an excellent vibration-damping characteristic. SOLUTION: This fiber-reinforced resin molded article comprising reinforcing fibers and a matrix resin is characterized in that the reinforcing fibers comprise at least reinforcing fibers A and reinforcing fibers B in a ratio of reinforcing fiber A: reinforcing fiber B volume of 5:95 to 28:72, wherein the reinforcing fibers A are para-type aromatic polyamide fibers having a tensile elastic modulus of 5 to 50 GPa and a loss tangent (tanδ) of≥0.040 at 25°C; and the reinforcing fibers B are fibers having a tensile elastic modulus of≥54 GPa.
