<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an optimum product production configuration within a range of equipment capability even when fluctuation of an equipment load or fluctuation of demand occurs. <P>SOLUTION: In an arithmetic part of a computer, the following processing is performed. Basic information related to a period, a production route, occurrence cost, raw material and a selling price, a production amount, and equipment are read (S1). Calculation of an equipment load distribution ratio in each month is performed in each passage process set in a passage process route (S2). Conversion of load cost (a monthly equipment load consumption rate and limit profit rate) is performed in each passage process route (S3).
