Disclosed is the 7-(2-(4-(3-Trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-pyrid-1-yl)ethyl) isoquinoline besylate salt, as shown in formula (II). Also disclosed is a process for the preparation of the salt. Also disclosed is the use of the salt to treat immune or inflammatory disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis.
