PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cover maintaining the shape of shoulder portions without deforming the shoulder portions formed at side pads of a seat back even if the seat back is covered with the seat cover. SOLUTION: The seat cover 21 covers the seat back formed with the shoulder portions having protruded rising surfaces at the upper parts of the side pads on the right and left sides of the main pad. The seat cover 21 has a cover body 25 for covering substantially the whole of the seat back, platelike pad members 13 formed into a shape corresponding to the rising surfaces and formed with a hard material, and fixing sections 15 and 17 for fixing the pad members 13 to parts of the cover body 25 corresponding to the rising surfaces.
