PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition reduced in the release amount of formaldehyde, and a sliding member, such as a bearing, obtained by molding the polyacetal resin composition, reduced in the release amount of formaldehyde, and excellent in slidability. SOLUTION: In the polyacetal resin composition, 0.05 to 5 pts.wt. of (C) a formaldehyde capturing agent, and 0.1 to 5 pts.wt. of (D) a carbon material, and/or 0.1 to 5 pts.wt. of (E) an inorganic filler are blended with 100 pts.wt. of a composition composed of (A) a polyacetal resin and (B) a slidability improving agent.
