PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic data erasing device which can easily magnetize a magnetic recording medium such as a hard disk (HD), and attain the magnetization with little electricity with respect to a magnetization device of a magnetic recording medium for erasing data recorded in the magnetic recording medium such as the hard disk (HD). SOLUTION: The magnetization device of the magnetic recording medium includes: a recording medium housing drawing means, which includes a magnetic recording medium mounting base having a predetermined angle; and a magnetizing means, which is covered with a magnetizing coil and houses the magnetic recording means of the magnetic recording medium where the magnetic recording medium mounted on the mounting base in a hollow part.
