PURPOSE: A powdery fermented soybean paste containing onion powder and brown rice flour, and a producing method thereof are provided to reduce the bad smell, and to offer rich nutrients from the onion powder and the brown rice flour. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a powdery fermented soybean paste containing onion powder and brown rice flour comprises the following steps: washing soybeans, soaking for 6~8hours, and boiling for 2hours in 80deg C: adding 0.3wt% of aspergillus oryzae to 99.7wt% of boiled soybean, and fermenting for 48hours; drying the fermented soybean and crushing; soaking brown rice for 4~5hours, and boiling for 2hours; fermenting the boiling brown rice for 36hours, and drying before crushing; washing onion and boiling for 3 hours, and crushing after drying; and mixing 62wt% of soybean powder, 20wt% of brown rice powder, 6wt% of onion powder, and 12wt% of salt, and mixing with water.
