PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device having a high heat-dissipating effect and being capable of projecting laser beams with a high output.SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser device includes: a stem 12 including: a block 11; and an eyelet 10 mounting the block 11 on a top face; a semiconductor laser element 30 being loaded on the block 11 and being capable of projecting royal-purple laser beams with the high output; and a cap 40 fixed onto the top face of the eyelet 10 so as to coat the semiconductor laser element 30. The semiconductor laser device further includes: a lead 50 held to the eyelet 10; and a radiator 60 for dissipating a heat from the semiconductor laser element 30. The radiator 60 is contacted thermally to a wide region containing the whole surface of the region positioned just under the block 11 on the underside of the eyelet 10. |
