<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a wire material may run away, because lead-in force of a wire material lead-in means is suddenly reduced, when the tension of the wire material on a lead-in side suddenly turns, from a large state to a small state during cable lead-in work. <P>SOLUTION: A cable extension apparatus in which the wire lead-in means 2 leads in the wire material 9 to install a cable 10 includes a tension detecting means 5 for always detecting the tension of the wire material 9 under lead-in; and a controller 6 for controlling the wire material lead-in means 2, on the basis of the wire material tension detected by the tension detecting means 5. The controller 6 has a function for emitting a signal to immediately stop the wire material lead-in means 2, when the actual tension value detected with time by the tension value detecting means 5 becomes small down to a predetermined low tension value. Thus, even if the wire material tension is suddenly reduced due to certain cause during the wire material lead-in work, the wire material lead-in means 2 is made to immediately stop the runaway of the wire material, in advance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
