HEAT SINK APPARATUS FOR EXOTHERMIC ELEMENT

PURPOSE: A heat sink apparatus for a heating element is provided to control cooling efficiency by changing the structure of the device according to the degree of heat from the heating element. CONSTITUTION: A heat block collects the heat from a heating element and discharges it outside. The heat block includes a first copper heat plate(211) and a second copper heat plate. A low speed cooling fan(220) convects air forcedly to remove dust from the hating block. A thermostat(230) detects the temperature of the heat block and operates the fan when a temperature is over a predetermined temperature. The thermostat(230) detects the temperature of the heat block and stops the fan when a temperature is below a predetermined temperature.
