PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation panel capable of easily mounting and demounting a design panel even in remodeling a room, with respect to a radiation panel placed on an interior face such as a wall and a ceiling to adjust a temperature of a living room. SOLUTION: This radiation panel includes a panel body 1 provided with a water circulation passage, and vertical and horizontal frame members 2 disposed on four side parts of the panel body. The panel body 1 is composed of a plate-shaped base material 11 as a heat insulating material, a water pipe 13 as the water circulation passage, a radiation sheet 14 attached to a surface of the plate-shaped base material 11, and the design panel 15 disposed at a front side of the radiation sheet. The vertical and horizontal frame members 2 have a molding 22 projecting to a panel body side along a surface of a rigid part 21 of a pole structure. The panel body 1 is fixed to the frame members 2 at a back face of the plate-shaped base material 11, and the design panel 15 is mounted and demounted by being slid while one frame member 2 is removed.
