PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine a soil amount in washing water even when a washing nozzle or piping is soiled. SOLUTION: After the dishwasher in which the initial value of the sensor output of soil detection means 30 is stored before shipping (S0) is shipped and installed, when an operation ON button is pressed, the sensor output of the soil detection means 30 is detected, and the sensor output and the stored initial value are compared (S6).
