<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of suppressing an increase in chip size even if kinds of internal power supply voltages increase by making efficient a layout of wiring from a plurality of voltage generating circuits to a monitor circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device includes: a plurality of voltage generation parts that convert a power supply voltage into a plurality of internal voltages; a voltage monitoring part which outputs one of the plurality of internal voltages; common wiring connecting the plurality of voltage generation parts to the voltage monitoring part; and a plurality of switches provided in the plurality of voltage generation parts, wherein the common wiring is provided in common to the plurality of voltage generation parts, and each of the switches transmits the internal voltage of the voltage generation part to the common wiring when the voltage generation part corresponding to the switch is selected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
