PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility remote monitoring system which can easily securing a necessity to implement an operation test of a facility. SOLUTION: A facility remote monitoring system 10 includes: a facility monitoring device 20 for monitoring a facility 14 inside a building 12; and a monitoring center 16 which is connected to the device 20 via a communication line 18 and remotely monitors the facility 14. The facility monitoring device 20 includes: an failure management part 22 for managing an failure in the facility 14; and a storage part 26 for storing alert information of the facility 14. When no failure signal is output from the facility 14 for a predetermined time T, the failure management part 22 obtains from the storage part 26 alert information of the facility 14 corresponding to such a situation and sends the alert information to the monitoring center 16.
