PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flaky silver powder, regarding a conductive film obtainable using conductive paste blended with flaky silver powder, with which adhesion between the conductive film and a substrate is satisfactory, and also, variation in the quality (such as conductivity and straightness in a line) of the conductive film can be reduced, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide conductive paste. SOLUTION: The flaky silver powder having a low sodium content and also having a narrow grain size distribution is used as conductive paste. The flaky silver powder can be obtained by subjecting spherical silver powder in which (D<SB>90</SB>-D<SB>10</SB>)/D<SB>50</SB>is≤1.5, and the content of sodium is≤0.0015 mass% to flaking treatment for 0.5 to 50 hr using spherical balls with a diameter of 0.1 to 3 mm.
