PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture corrector allowing a user to wear the corrector for a long period of time hardly feeling tired and without feeling pain under the armpit, etc. and permitting large flexibility in the motion of such regions as the shoulders and the back of the user while enabling exhibition of a posture correcting effect; and clothes having the corrector. SOLUTION: The posture corrector A1 includes: right and left sleeve-shaped parts 1 for wrapping a human body part 100 including right and left humerus heads a, arm-side ends b of right and left clavicles and right and left scapula regions c with which the humerus heads a and arm-side ends b of the clavicles are articulated as the frame from around; and a stretch band 2 coupling the right and left sleeve-shaped parts 1 to each other.
