<p>The electronic filter for limiting voltage disturbances of brush DC drives solves the problem of installing four discrete components into brush DC drives. The new invention includes the installation of one component featuring three terminals (2), (3), (4), while the discrete components feature eight terminals. This way - smaller number of terminals - the cost of installation of the component is considerably reduced along with the probability of cold spots during installation. The invention consists of a component body (1) and terminals (2), (3), (4). Inside the new component body there is a multiple layer varistor chip (8) and a multiple layer ceramic chip capacitor (9) which are connected in parallel between terminal point (5) and terminal point (7). The multiple layer ceramic chip capacitor (10) is inside the body of the component connected in series to the parallel connection of the multiple layer varistor chip (8) and the multiple layer ceramic chip condenser (9) between terminal point (5) and terminal point (6). The multiple layer ceramic chip capacitor (11) is inside the component connected in series to the parallel connection of the multiple layer chip varistor (8) and the multiple layer ceramic chip capacitor (9) between terminal point (7) and terminal point (6). The individual chip components are welded to the base for electronic printed or hybrid circuits. The terminals (2), (3), (4) are attached to the terminals (5), (6), (7). The complete component is cast into artificial material resistant to heat and humidity.</p> |
