PURPOSE: A data transmission system, method thereof, terminal, and information control apparatus are provided to enable a user to easily select data due to visually recognizing data through the touch of an information control apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A second terminal(200) receives message data by using wireless communication. If an information control apparatus(300) receives a copy command of data, data is received and stored by using wireless communication. If the information control apparatus receives a paste command, the stored data is transmitted to the second terminal. The stored data is transmitted to the second terminal. A first terminal(100) senses the touch of an information control apparatus. Data corresponding to the touch location of the information control apparatus is selected.
