PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus in which a speaker element can easily be mounted and the degradation of sound pressure can be prevented even when an apparatus body is downsized. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is provided with: the speaker element 21 which has a diaphragm 28, a magnet 23 which vibrates the diaphragm 28, and a voice coil 26, etc.; a mounting part 42 in a case constituted of a front panel 16 on which the speaker element 21 is mounted, and a rear panel 17; and an enclosure 45 formed adjacent to the mounting part 42. The speaker element 21 is mounted on the mounting part 42 in the case using the side of the diaphragm 28 as the mounting side to the mounting part 42 in the case, and opening the side of a driving part.
