PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the risk of high-place work in a grounding method for a building, and workability of grounding work, insert work, etc., requiring much labor. SOLUTION: This grounding hanger 1 for the building includes: a slit 3c which is opened toward an end on the other side of a thread groove portion 3a provided as a long and thin rod-like body on the side of one end; fixing bars 4a and 4b which are journaled on an end of a screw body 3 inside the slit 3c in such a manner as to be freely turnable at an angle of approximate 90°, and which are protruded from the screw body 3 in an approximately orthogonal state, so as to serve as a coming-off stopper and a turning stopper for a hole portion undergoing penetration; and the grounding wire 5, the one-side end of which is connected to one end. The grounding hanger 1 is formed; the grounding wire 5 of the grounding hanger 1 and the fixing bars 4a and 4b pass through a hole which is drilled in any position of a deck plate laid on a beam; disengagement from the hole is prevented by turning the fixing bars 4a and 4b orthogonally to the screw body 3 concurrently with the pulling-back of the screw body 3; and the nut 2 is tightened to the thread groove portion 3a so that the grounding hanger 1 can be fixed to a deck plate slab.
