PURPOSE: A ginseng and garlic fermenting apparatus is provided to secure the optimum condition of fermenting, steaming, aging, and drying processes of ginseng and garlic. CONSTITUTION: A ginseng and garlic fermenting apparatus comprises the following: a main body(10) forming a fermentation chamber; a container box(20) for containing foods; an electric warm water boiler(33), an electric heater(36), and a steam boiler located on the lower side of the main body for radiating heat to the fermentation chamber; a far infrared ray high temperature film(37) radiating far infrared rays by being installed on the inner circumference of the main body; a humidifier spraying the moisture with fermenting enzymes to the fermentation chamber; a dehumidifier(42) removing the internal moisture from the fermentation chamber; and a circulation fan installed on the upper side of the fermentation chamber. |
