PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for feeding a strip-like member, which is not affected by the feeding condition of the strip-like member. SOLUTION: The device 10 for feeding the strip-like member leads a long strip-like member 65 wound around a reel 12 outside a device body 11 via a drive roller 13 and a plurality of guide members 17-20, delivers the strip-like member 65 of the predetermined length by the rotation of the drive roller 13 and keeps the delivered portion in the device body 11, the strip-like member 65 is delivered by the pull from the outside of the device body 11 via the plurality of guide members 17-20. The device includes a stock part 30 for keeping the strip-like member 65 hanging in a U-shape between the drive roller 13 and the guide members 17, and controls the rotation of the drive roller 13 based on the information from detection means 35, 36 for detecting the state of the strip-like member 65 at the stock part 30.
