PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposomal vaccine containing immunogenic lipopeptides that are capable of modulating the humoral and cellular immune responses in vivo. SOLUTION: A liposomal composition including at least one liposome including at least one monolipopeptide and at least one dilipopeptide is provided. Preferably, the monolipopeptide and the dilipopeptide are selected from the group consisting of MUC I peptide, tuberculosis peptide, malaria peptide and hepatitis B peptide.
