PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate no damage of drive IC by regenerative electric power generated on an electric motor. SOLUTION: When a motor power source voltage Vm exceeds a set voltage and an output signal of a voltage comparator 133 becomes a high level, a logic circuit 132 converts PWM control signals UH, VH, WH relating to an upper arm SH of a motor drive circuit 120 among PWM control signals UH, /UL, VH, /VL, WH, /WL outputted by CPU 110 to the signal fixed to a low level and converts the PWM control signals /UL, /VL, /WL relating to a lower arm SL to the signal fixed to a high level.
