PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding cellular phone device improved in convenience by preventing operation input unintended by a user from being performed during display output, by forming a rotation angle region where the display output is valid but operation input is disabled. SOLUTION: The folding cellular phone device 1 for changing-over validity/invalidity of input/output, according to a rotation angleθformed by an upper housing 10 and a lower housing 20 includes rotation state detection means 64, 65 for detecting whether the rotation angleθreaches a predefined first angle (θ≥30°) and a second angle (θ≥140°) becoming larger than the first angle. A control section 53 validate display output, only when detection is made by the rotation state detection means that the rotation angle reaches the first angle and will validate operation input, only when it is detected that the rotation angle reaches the second angle.
