PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine allowing a player to suspend a game without a great disadvantage even during a special game state. SOLUTION: When reaching a second point of time, a display 80 for allowing game suspension starts displaying in the lower right corner of a performance display means 15 as a notification of timing allowing the game suspension. The display 80 for allowing the game suspension continues until reaching a third point of time. The second point of time is the time going back by an estimated reaching period from the end of opening of a special symbol start pocket which is closed by closing operation of a first opening/closing plate.
