The present invention relates to a bicycle which enables a user to exercise the lower body thereof by pedaling and the arms thereof by rotating a bicycle handle bar. The bicycle of the present invention comprises: a frame unit (F) including a first frame (F1) on the rear portion of which a seat (F12) is mounted, and a second frame (F2) arranged across the first frame (F1) and hinged to the first frame (F1) such that the second frame (F2) is rotatable about a hinge shaft (F3), wherein a monitor (F4) is mounted on an upper portion of the second frame (F2); lower body exercising means (L) arranged beneath the first frame (F1) such that exercise loads can be exerted thereon when the user rotates the lower body exercising means (L) by pedaling to exercise the lower body thereof; and arm exercising means (H) arranged on the second frame (F2) such that exercise loads can be exerted thereon when the user holds and rotates the arm exercising means (H) to exercise the arms thereof. |
