PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifuge and a cell treatment apparatus that can improve accuracy of detecting abnormalities such as liquid leakage from each centrifugal container even in concentration process. SOLUTION: A centrifuge 10 includes: chambers 11A, 11B each housing a sample; a rotary shaft 13 freely rockingly supporting the chambers 11A, 11B, arranged at the center position of the chambers 11A, 11B and rotating around an axis line L; a motor 15 rotating the rotary shaft 13 around the axial line L; and a controller 16 calculating inclination of the chambers 11A, 11B with respect to the axial line L and calculating weight of the sample on the basis of the calculated inclination.
