PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable device including a guide member capable of appropriately and slidably installing a boundary part between a large diameter part and a small diameter part of a cable. SOLUTION: This cable device 1 is used for moving a leg member 12 in relation to a seat cushion 11 of a vehicle seat 10. The cable device 1 includes the cable 2 extending from the leg member 12 and a guide member 3 provided in the seat cushion 11 and slidably laid with the cable 2. The cable 2 includes a small diameter part 2a extending from the leg member 12 side and the large diameter part 2b extending from the small diameter part 2a and having a larger diameter than that in the small diameter part 2a. The guide member 3 includes a small guide part 3b slidably laid with the small diameter part 2a and having a width narrower than thickness of the large diameter part 2b, and a large guide part 3c arranged in series with the small guide part 3b and slidably laid with the large diameter part 2b.
