PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high sensible heat type gas heat pump air conditioner capable of stably and easily continuing a high sensible heat operation even under a low outside air temperature. SOLUTION: This high sensible heat type gas heat pump air conditioner 1 which includes compressors 2A to 2D driven by a gas engine, and in which a refrigerant circuit 4 of a closed cycle is configured by successively connecting the compressors 2A-2D, outdoor heat exchangers 7A, 7B, expansion valves 13A-13D and indoor heat exchangers 14A-14D by refrigerant pipes 4A-4E, further includes a sub-heat exchanger 21 for exchanging heat between a high-pressure liquid refrigerant condensed by the outdoor heat exchangers 7A, 7B and engine cooling water circulated in a cooling water circuit of the gas engine in the high sensible heat operation, for heating the high pressure liquid refrigerant.
