PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booklet-like postal matter with such advantages that the open rate is increased and security about private information printed on a booklet is superb, and an application form or a self-addressed envelope can be enclosed. SOLUTION: A plurality of paper pieces for saddle stitching 4a and 4b are superposed over each other between a sealed letter face cover paper piece 2 and a sealed letter back cover paper piece 3, each of almost the same size. Further, the paper pieces for saddle stitching 4a and 4b are put in one piece by a binding part bonded with the sealed letter face cover paper piece and the sealed letter back cover paper piece and one side edge of the paper pieces for saddle stitching 4a and 4b. The paper piece for saddle stitching 4a and 4b includes an envelope part 7, compartmentalized by perforations for cutting 6, which is arranged on the opposite side to the binding part. The envelope part 7 includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed along the perforations for cutting 6, a release tape 9 on the upper surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and an envelope upper paper 11 which is superposed over the region excepting a region where the region where the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed and is bonded at the three circumferential edge parts excepting the side where the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed. Besides, the sealed letter face cover paper piece and the sealed letter back cover paper piece are releasably bonded together at the part where the three circumferential edge parts of the sealed letter face cover paper piece and the three circumferential edge parts of the sealed letter back cover paper piece are directly superposed over each other.
