The invention relates to a process for the association by superposition of imagistic information generated by non-invasive and non-contact photonic techniques for investigating the quality of object surfaces, such as 3D laser scanning technique, the technique for scanning the fluorescence emission response induced by a laser beam, the technique for scanning sound induced vibration with a laser beam, technique for recording multispectral images in visual, near-infrared and ultra-violet ranges. The claimed process involves the following steps : pre-establishing the precision limits of the investigation tools depending on the working distance, pre-establishing the parameters for recording 3D digital model, generating the matrix model for investigating the work surface, carrying out 3D recording and investigating operations, associating the investigation results with the 3D model, constructing a digital replica.
