PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle motion control device capable of performing a rolling suppression control corresponding to a vehicle state, while suppressing an unnecessary rolling suppression control.SOLUTION: Threshold speed Vt to be a reference value for permitting the rolling suppression control is changed according to load weight on a vehicle. The rolling suppression control therefore can be executed, even if vehicle speed becomes slower, when the load weight is large and the vehicle is in a state easy to roll. By the execution, the rolling suppression control can be performed till the vehicle speed becomes speed according to rolling tendency information. When the vehicle is in a no-load state in which load on the vehicle is not performed, the threshold speed Vt becomes a large value, and thereby execution of unnecessary rolling suppression control can be suppressed even when the vehicle has no possibility of rolling. As a result, the rolling suppression control corresponding to the vehicle state can be performed, while suppressing the unnecessary rolling suppression control. |
