PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a corrugated fin by multi-process roller forming enabling mass production of corrugated fins having a complicated louver shape by roller forming.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the corrugated fins is constituted by roller forming in multiple processes including: a process of forming louvers by making a flat plate-shaped plate material 1A supplied continuously pass between a vertical pair of louver forming rollers 2, 2'; a process of forming bending starting points 12, 12' by making the plate material 1A having the louvers formed thereon pass between a vertical pair of starting point forming rollers 3, 3'; and a process of bending the plate material 1A using the bending starting points 12, 12' as a starting point and forming the plate material 1A to have a corrugated shape by making the plate material 1A having the louvers and bending starting points 12, 12' formed thereon between a vertical pair of a gear-shaped corrugated rollers 4, 4'. |
