PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens adjusting device which can be simply and easily handled.SOLUTION: The lens adjusting device 1 performing the adjustment for zooming and focusing of a camera 2 having a varifocal lens 201 includes a board-to-board type connector 126 connected to a board-to-board type connector 212 provided to the camera 2 and is attached to the varifocal lens 201 from above the varifocal lens 201. Further, the lens adjusting device 1 includes two arms 151 holding the housing 221 of the varifocal lens 201 from right and left. The automatic lens adjusting device 1 comes into contact with three points of the top surface 311, left surface 312 and right surface 313 of the varifocal lens 201, to be fixed to the camera 2. |
