PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush delivery device which attains an excellent finishing by surely delivering a brush under an appropriate pressure.SOLUTION: The brush delivery device 1 is mounted on a tool holder H as a rotating shaft body of a machine tool. This device rotates the brush BR while being in contact with the workpiece W, so as to carry out surface finishing. This device includes: a body 2 provided movably in the axial direction of the tool holder H so as to fix the brush BR; biasing means 8 biasing the body 2 toward the separating direction of the brush BR from the workpiece W; spherical bodies 4 as moving engaging bodies retained in recesses 3 of the tool holder H in a manner to freely go in and go out in the direction where a centrifugal force acts caused by the rotation of the tool holder H; and a tapered portion 5 formed on the body 2 in a manner to come in contact with the spherical bodies 4. When the tool holder H rotates, the spherical bodies 4 moves by the centrifugal force, delivering the brush BR while pressing the tapered portion 5, so as to bring the brush into contact with the workpiece W. |
