PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect an audio signal level in a circuit which is simplified in comparison with a circuit for detecting an amplitude of an analog signal.SOLUTION: An audio output circuit 10 includes a digital/analog converter 12 for converting an input digital audio signal into an analog audio signal. The audio output circuit 10 further includes: an amplifier 13 for amplifying power of the converted analog audio signal; an amplitude detection part 14 for detecting an amplitude of the digital audio signal to be input to the digital/analog converter 12; and a voltage variable power supply part 15 for supplying a power supply voltage corresponding to the amplitude detected by the amplitude detection part 14 to the amplifier 13. |
