PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two output orthogonal local signal oscillator usable as a local signal source that generates two local signals having a phase difference of 90 degrees.SOLUTION: The two output orthogonal local signal oscillator has a first push-push oscillator 18 and a second push-push oscillator 19. The first oscillator 18 has a first and second transistors 14 and 15, performs push-push oscillation operation with a basic oscillation frequency by sharing a resonator 20, and outputs a first local signal from one side of the first and second transistors. The second oscillator 19 has a third and fourth transistors 16 and 17, performs push-push oscillation operation with the basic oscillation frequency by sharing the resonator 20, and outputs a second local signal from one side of the third and fourth transistors. The first and second push-push oscillators perform orthogonal oscillation operation with an orthogonal resonance mode of the resonator, and output orthogonal local signals having a phase difference of 90 degrees. |
