<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recombinant human BL angiostatin polypeptide A having a sugar chain, a method for producing the polypeptide, and the recombinant human BL angiostatin polypeptide A obtained by the method. <P>SOLUTION: A plasmid vector containing a cDNA which encodes the 1-460th amino acids of a human plasminogen is transfected to a CHO-K1 cell, and the cell which produces the recombinant BL angiostatin polypeptide A at high efficiency is selected using an adapted method which makes the concentration of a choice medicine methotrexate gradually increase. The selected cell is used to produce the recombinant human BL angiostatin polypeptide A which has a biological activity which is equal to that of a natural type BL angiostatin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
