PURPOSE: A wind power generator is provided to simplify the configuration of the structure which supports the outside structure of a vertical shaft as a pipe shape. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generator comprises a wing shaft(11) and a wing(13). The wing shaft forms the twist angle toward the front blowing wind and is fixed on a horizontal rotating shaft(31). A centrifugal pendulum is connected and moved along with the obstruction plate in order to open the obstruction plate. The wing revolves the front-end of the wing shaft at a fixed angle. The backside surface of the wing is attached to the obstruction plate to rotate. The bevel gear transfers the horizontal rotary shaft and rotation power.
