PURPOSE: A wave-force generator, which generates second vibration by using a reciprocate permanent magnet moving member and an vibrating permanent magnet moving member, is provided to maximize generated energy by produce energy at each frequency which waves have. CONSTITUTION: A wave-force generator comprises a reciprocate permanent magnet moving member(96) and a vibrating permanent magnet moving member(98). The reciprocate permanent magnet moving member is composed of a permanent magnet moving body(80) moving up and down according to the movement of a buoy. The vibrating permanent magnet moving member comprises the reciprocate permanent magnet moving body connected to the lower part of a vibrating spring(76). The vibrating permanent magnet moving member vibrates in a vertical direction according to the up and down motion of the permanent magnet moving body.
