<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-cycle engine capable of making a size compact and a working machine using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel tank 16 is arranged in a space below a carburetor 15, and an engine base 30 is integrally constituted with the fuel tank 16.
