The present invention relates to a photocurable composition, a composite optical sheet for a backlight unit wherein a light diffusion sheet and a prism sheet are integrated, and a preparation method thereof. The composite optical sheet for a backlight unit comprises: a prism sheet having a plurality of prism patterns formed parallel to one another on the upper surface thereof; and a plurality of protrusions having a light diffusion function, formed on the upper portion of the plurality of prism patterns of the prism sheet. The composite optical sheet for a backlight unit using the photocurable composition according to the present invention replaces known prism and light diffusion sheets with a sheet, thereby improving productivity of a backlight unit and lowering manufacturing costs through the decrease of the number of processes.
