<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat slicer and a meat slicing method with a simple structure excellent in feeding performance of meat and easily handled. <P>SOLUTION: In the meat slicer for slicing meat by relatively moving a meat transport gutter 3 to a blade 12, the meat transport gutter 3 includes a bottom part conveyor 6, and a side part guide member and an upper part feeding member 7 vertically provided on a side part of the bottom part conveyor 6, and the side part guide member 5 is constituted by a roller conveyor 5 having a plurality of free rollers 5c with a length from an upper surface of the bottom part conveyor 6 to a lower surface of the upper part feeding member 7 continuously provided along a feeding direction and having an endless band 5d laid in such a manner of surrounding the free roller 5c, and the meat is fed while the endless band 5d is conveyed in the state that a side part of the meat is abutted to a surface of the endless band 5d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
